Initial production check (Inline)
When 10% to 20% of the order is ready covering all the sizes and colour, a control on the finished garments is carried out to detect any quality or conformity issues and verifies on site the capacity of the factories to provide corrective and preventive actions.
Production monitoring
Our inspector monitors your production and reports daily to identify and fix problems in real-time. Production monitoring means an on-site product inspection performed every day of your production against your specifications, selecting units at random for inspection and identifying and eliminating defects through corrective actions. You receive daily reports regarding quality and completion status, putting you in control of the entire process.
During production inspection
During production check usually occurs when between 20% to 55% of your product is manufactured and packing for export has begun. It forms part of your overall quality assurance program and provides the opportunity for implementation of the necessary corrective actions at an early stage.
Container loading supervision
Container loading supervision provides reassurance that your finished goods are handled correctly when loaded into containers to ensure safe transportation and delivery to their final destination in a satisfactory condition. Sometimes referred to as container loading inspection, this service usually takes place at the factory or your forwarder's premises and occurs after a pre-shipment inspection (PSI).
